Shipping + Returns
Shipping
We ship via USPS from our warehouse in California. All shipments are trackable and usually take 1-2 days to process and 1-3 days to ship. We currently only ship within the United States.
A quick note, the USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19.
This means your order may take a bit longer to arrive than normal. We do not have a lot of control over this, but we encourage you to track your package frequently and reach out if you get worried it might not arrive — we'll find a solution together.

Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not happy with your ordered items or they do not fit you can return them to us. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of customer unless we’ve made a mistake or an item is faulty. Please note that masks are final sale and non-refundable due to health and sanitary considerations.
We advise sending returned items with a service that provides tracking, proof of delivery and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
After receiving your return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items to your original payment method.
Please contact us at hello@larkanadhill.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you need to start a return. Returns cannot be processed without notification within this time period.
Shipping charges are non refundable on orders that are exchanged. All orders will receive a tracking number, thus relieving Lark and Hill of any orders lost in transit or damaged in transit. Any product lost in transit is not the responsibility of Lark and Hill.
